How to Make Measurements
Stand naturally with your arms relaxed by your sides. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest — level with the underarm and across the shoulder blades. The tape should sit comfortably flat against the body without being pulled tight.
Measure straight across the back from the tip of one shoulder bone to the other. Follow the natural line where the sleeve meets the shoulder seam of a well-fitting jacket, keeping the tape slightly curved to match your posture.
Measure around your waist where you would like the trousers to sit — whether natural waist or slightly lower on the hips. Keep the tape snug but not tight, ensuring it is level all the way around.
For inside leg: measure from the highest point of the inner thigh down to the floor along the inside of the leg, with feet shoulder-width apart.
For outside leg: measure from the natural waist down to the top of the shoe, following the side of the leg.
